About Me

Don Desrosiers is a drycleaning and laundry industry executive with over 40 years of experience — and a writer who simply couldn't stop at one subject.

He began writing in 1990 as a guest columnist for a trade publication, eventually becoming a regular contributor across up to five industry publications, with over 625 published pieces over 27 years.

But Don's curiosity reaches far beyond the industry. A pilot for over 31 years, a lifelong woodworker, a history enthusiast, and a seasoned home cook, he brings real-life experience to everything he writes. That passion led to cookbooks, history books — including works that tackle the mysteries surrounding the JFK assassination and the Chappaquiddick incident — and eventually, fiction.

His debut novel was inspired by a true story: a man living on Martha's Vineyard whose DNA is found all over a crime scene he claims he never visited. His love of cruising and a past job counting money in a casino gave birth to The Great Cruise Ship Casino Robbery. And his third novel, Eight'll Get You Seven, continues to showcase his range as a storyteller.

Don is proof that a life fully lived makes for stories worth reading.
